The Impact of Administrative Reengineering of Human Resources on Achieving Organizational Effectiveness (An Empirical Study on Human Resources Management in Jeddah Education Department) Fadwa Ayedh AlHarbi Abstract The objective of this study is to identify the impact of the Administrative Engineering of human resources, which is one of the global administrative tasks that keep pace with the global organizations and many changes and changes, which entail changing some administrative procedures and processes. The study was based on the administrative dimensions represented in (readiness for change, empowering individuals and simplifying work procedures), The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, The study population consisted of all employees of different administrative levels in the Human Resources Department, Jeddah Education Department, for the year 1441H 2019, The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, As a result of the study, the attitudes of the sample members were neutral, as the effect resulting from the process of their development and empowerment is changing, but at an average rate in the engineering process. The study also resulted that the engineering process has a clear impact on raising the efficiency of the employees working in the Jeddah Education Department and increasing the effectiveness of the processes followed within the educational administration And simplify the procedures followed in the completion of job tasks.
