This study deals with the definition of exploiting positional authority crime, the elements of this crime and its punishment. It highlights a review of the most effective legal means of combating exploiting positional authority crime as described in the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption, the United Nations Convention against Corruption 2003, The African Union Convention, The Arab Convention against Corruption and finally the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the use of these means prescribed in the agreements compared to Egypt, and the importance of these means in combating exploiting positional authority crime. The thesis is divided into two chapters.
