Abstract
:
This study aims at revealing the need to an organizational change currently at King Fahad hospital for armed forces in Jeddah, in addition to recognizing the effects resulting from the application of organization change and which extent employee are respond to this matter, rather than concluding results enabling the researcher to present his recommendations and suggestions:The researcher uses the analytical descriptive methodology, chooses his sample from the hospital employee including senior management, middle and lower level departments with a sample reaching (68) male employees (69.1%) and female employees (30.9%). The researcher uses SPSS to analyse the study sample responses through frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviation and applying alfa-cronbach equation The researcher suggests the following results:.The financial potential come in line with the high-percentage change.Change is more determining the job tasks with high percentage .. Change leads to fear from losing the opportunity of work or adding new responsibility with high percentage.No one felt the job security if organizational change occurs .Organizational structures need organizational change.There are qualified organizational leaders to apply the said change.The organizational change does not put any new authorities govern the employeesIn accordance with the results, the researcher made the following suggestions:Restructuring the administrative organizations to receive the required level of organizational changeAvoid overlapping of leadership authorities and utilizing the same in the organizational change objectives Improving the employee service conditions, social security , in addition to improving the promotion opportunity as one of the organizational change objectivesImproving the work environment and providing just chances of training in order to raise the employee competency .Encouraging the supervisory role to serve the organizational change mechanisms.Through these results the researcher suggests the following recommendations:Restructuring the administrative organizations to receive the required level of organizational changeAvoid overlapping of leadership authorities and utilizing the same in the organizational change objectives Improving the employee service conditions, social security , in addition to improving the promotion opportunity as one of the organizational change objectivesImproving the work environment and providing just chances of training in order to raise the employee competency Encouraging the supervisory role to serve the organizational change mechanisms.
