The current study aimed to identify the importance of having electronic departments in organizations, and the impact of e-management on the performance of staff, and to recognize staff awareness of the benefits and advantages of e-management, and also determine the nature of the relationship between the performance of staff and the use of e-management.Based on this study question was formulated as follows:What is the role of e-management in the development of employee performance?The researcher used in the preparation of the application of that study, the analytical descriptive method, and consists of the study population of administrators in various departments and divisions of the Faculty of Economics and Management, and various administrative levels, in the determination of the sample the researcher used the method of complete enumeration, where total study population (200) Single were analyzed (169) Single, equivalent to 85% of the population of the study, and has reached a researcher through this study to several conclusions, including: the contribution of electronic administration in raising the level of performance and develop the skills of the staff effectively, and also the emergence of a direct correlation between the use of e-governance and the staff performance as it went the more staff to the use of e-governance as developed staff skills, which in turn helps to increase productivity and improve staff performance.Based on the results of the study, was the most important recommendations: requiring all public and private organizations implement e-governance in all sectors, capacity utilization of youth organizations to raise awareness of mail between employees, emphasis on the use of electronic methods to complete the work and away from traditional methods, improving the infrastructure so constantly in line with Technology is constantly evolving, the study of the impact of e-governance at the level of quality service in the departments, and also the need for follow-up studies in the field of e-governance and knowledge of the actual impact on the development and improvement of performance. |
